- Rights of Authors to Retain: Authors maintain the following rights:

- Permission Requests: Users seeking to reproduce material published in the journal must contact the publisher to obtain explicit permission.
5.2 Journal Policies
General Operational Policies:
- Editorial Independence: The editorial team operates with complete autonomy, making publication decisions solely based on the manuscript's scientific value, originality, and alignment with the journal's focus.
- Peer Review Process: All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure impartial evaluation.
- Plagiarism Policy: Every manuscript will be evaluated using specialized plagiarism detection software. Submissions with a similarity index above the acceptable threshold (typically 25% plagiarism) will be rejected.

5.4 Article Submission Checklist
Before submitting your manuscript to Journal of Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, ensure the following:
